We stayed a week in June and we had a blast. We parked and walked almost the whole time, except when we went rafting and hiking. We had many of the local restaurants and they were great (Erics and columbine cafe were the best).

Understand each of these units are individually owned. There is some luck of the draw involved. Several minor problems need to be fixed. TV remote control would not change volume or channels. Coffee maker was broken and had to be arranged "just so" in order to not leak. Did not have a full size refrigerator. It was a challenge to get all of the food (especially frozen food) into it. Turntable in the microwave did not work.
The location, however is great. Ski rental is on the first level. Numerous restaurants within walking distance." Mi Casa" is downstairs and is excellent. Lifts are across the street. Indoor parking is downstairs.
Will probably return due to the location. Cost is reasonable for the location. Last years unit was great. This year's so-so.

The location is perfect, can easily walk to the lift and to main street. The problem was the bed was old and killed our backs. Also the large window facing the street had no curtain and verticle blinds missing a lot of slats. This gave little privacy and the street lights would shine in all night. We had to cover with a blanket. Hot tub and fire place were great though. Great little kitchen with genair grill so cooked steaks and saved money rather than eating out. WSince these rooms are individually owned, it will always be pot luck on what you get.

We stayed in room #117 and it was just perfect. The room was decorated nicely, and location couldn't have been better. The free parking under the building was really convenient, we didn't have to dig our rental car out of the snow at the end of the trip. We were close to the shops, close to the lift, and very comfortable - everything we could have asked for. We want to make this an annual trip!

This place was so lovely. I stayed in unit 117, which had a balcony that faced the main town (specifically the dredge). The room itself was very nice with a stone facade around the fireplace and stone flooring. The bathroom was nice and the furniture and amenities were great. The people who outfitted this room thought of everything, because sometimes I would want certain items (including a humidifier) and it was already in the room.
You cannot beat the location. It is right off of main street. I could literally walk outside my door to the shops.
