The condo was a little tricky to find and there seems to be several condos in the area with similar names. Check-in was a breeze, however, as a female traveling alone, I was taken aback when the the registration clerk said the name of my room out loud (with a man standing behind me). I spoke with her directly the next day about this and how uncomfortable it made me.
The room had nice furnishings, and I could tell the owners had made an effort to make it very homey. Unfortunately, it was pretty hot and because the weather doesn't typically warrent any type of a/c, I had to open all the windows, the sliding glass door and turn on the ceiling fan above the kitchen table to try and get some air in the room. I would recommend some sheer type curtains, as to allow the air flow from the windows, I had to leave the curtains open all night to all the air (and lights# in.
The second day, my husband came to stay with me #I was at a conference just down the road). When he went to park his truck in the garage, but neither of the room keys would work in the parking garage. I left my husband and went to the registration desk to find out what the problem was. The clerk asked if the card was working on the room door, and I said, yes, but she wanted to double check because she said if it isn't working on the garage than it shouldn't be working on the room. So we went to the room and both keys worked just fine. So, she was baffled at this point. We then went back out to the garage, and sure enough, neither key is working to access the garage, so she used her key to get my husband in. We then went back to the front desk and she asked the other clerk about it, and all he said was that it was rekeyed, and ran the cards through the machine and gave them to me. No apologies or further explination, just that the cards were rekeyed.
Other than these minor glitches, the room was a good value for the money. I did not use the pool or fitness center, but both looked very nice.
Great place to stay! Close to the ski hill, close to town!

Great hotel to stay at in Breckenridge. Access to ski hill within 2 blocks. 1/2 block from downtown restaurants and shopping. Second year in a row we stayed here and will probably go back next time we have the opportunity to ski CO.
Only negative is that this hotel is VERY warm! We had the heat off in our room and slept with windows open. Granted it has been a warm spring but got to the 30's at night. Even last year, when temps were much colder, we had to open the window for short periods of time to cool off.
