    We were initially pleased until we turned on the heater. the smell was so awful that we felt nauseous. it caused the smoke alarm to go off. we requested a ...

    We were initially pleased until we turned on the heater. The smell was so awful that we felt nauseous. It caused the smoke alarm to go off. We requested a different room but management claimed it was only dust and insisted on sending first a staff member, then a manager and then finally maintenance to the room to address this issue. 45 minutes later we were still sitting in the lobby, being ignored. They finally gave us different room when I had located a room at a different hotel and demanded our money back.
