The day that we arrived, the health department had ordered the swimming pool closed. The channel selection on the tv is limited. And, as much as we spent on the room, they don't serve a complimentary breakfast -- even though most hotels do nowadays.

I had to be in Louisville for a forced, weather-induced lay over and found a respite from the storm at this hotel. The room was comfortable in every way and the hotel restaurant, excellent. Will definitely book this hotel when in the area again.

Beautiful new Holiday Inn conveniently located to the Kentucky Expo Center which was what we were attending that week. Staff was great and very accomodating. Also hotel restaurant had good food.
