    Hotel front desk didn't have our reservation. hotel reservation was not there. it took over 1/2 to check in. no fridge nor microware. pressure to upgrade to higher ...

    Hotel front desk didn't have our reservation. Hotel Reservation was not there. it took over 1/2 to check in. no fridge nor microware. pressure to upgrade to higher room and pay 50$/night extra

    The water in the indoor water park needs to be warmer. Air temp. was fine. Kids enjoyed the water but were shivering and blue lipped when they got out. I never got pass my ankles as to cold for an elderly person.

    Atrium rooms are in the building pictured, any other rooms are in adjacent buildings w/outside entrys. The water park was filthy!! I was afraid we would catch a disease. The lazy river was more like the rageing river and was extremely filthy. The only fun part was the uncovered slide.

    We went over Memorial Day weekend and it was not that crowded. The water park was AWESOME! We have a 6yr old and a 4yr old and it was PERFECT for them! Lifeguards very alert and attentive. Great hours. We stayed in the Atrium which was fine. Room was small, not fancy, but clean. Will definitely stay there again! We had a great time! Very close to all to do in Branson. Mini putt and a great Italian restaurant Florentina's right down the street!
