We arranged our round trip airport transfers a couple of days before leaving for our recent trip to Cabo via online form and email with Cielito Lindo Ground Service Company. Everyone we dealt with was attentive, friendly, responsive, and reliable. Our driver Juan was waiting for us when we arrived in Cabo, with an immaculate, comfortable vehicle, and cold coronitas too! Despite saying his English was not too good, it was flawless and he gave us information about history, local recommendations, and current events on the half hour ride to our hotel. He also confirmed the date and time for our return ride to the airport and sure enough our driver (not Juan) was in the hotel lobby as promised on our departure date. All this for $159 (four adult travelers). These guys are awesome. Do yourself a favor and give them your business. You won't be sorry!

Excellent service. Juan was pointing out tourist things along the way to our hotel. Really knew a lot and was happy to share things with us. Friendly drivers amazingly clean suburbans. Highly recommend them.

We just returned from Cabo Nov1 15-22 and had the pleasure of trying the services of Cieliti Lindo for the first time. This company is worth every penny. We travelled with four adults and a 20 month old toddler. Booked our airport transfers as well as a 6 hr day trip to Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach. Our driver, Victor, was very professional, very personable and had a fantastic command of our English language. The vehicle was spotless. The ice cold beers on the way from the airport to the hotel hit the spot as a wonderful welcome to Cabo. Communication with Angelina was prompt and the reservation process very simple. They use paypal for all transactions and email confirmation vouchers and receipts. Don't hesitate to prepay. Victor gave us as much time as we wanted in Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach. Again, he supplied us with a cold beer or ice water for the road trip. We had to make a detour on our return to the airport as my daughter had gone for medical treatment prior to our flight and wanted to be sure of being cleared to fly. Victor picked us up at the hotel and we diverted to the care facility to pick up my daughter and even with a slight delay were transported to the airport wiith time to spare. We were a little stressed as everyone has schedule and when life throws curve balls, everyone has to adjust.
Again, HUGE thank you to Angelina, Victor and Cielito Lindo for the wonderful service. We will definitely be return customers.

It was our first time to Cabo, so I did alot of research, read reviews etc: I came across this company and the reviews sold me. We booked a private car and had Juan as our driver to pick us up from the airport. He was such a friendly man, he knew it was our first time in and gave us a little History lesson on the way to our hotel. It made to the trip so much more enjoyable and it went by really fast. We were a little bummed we could not keep talking to him! OUr ride back was not as entertaining we had a very soft spoken driver (so sorry forgot his name) but that was just fine with us we were exhausted and could barely keep our eyes open, but he was still very friendly and kind and actually perfect for the trip to the airport. My family is already planning a trip back and we will definitely be using Cielito Lindo for every trip and will recommend it to all that travels to the area. We have used Cielto Lindo for many years, not only for their great customer service, but also great value, but I am compelled to write this review after our last experience. We had a girls weekend this February, with many different flight arrangements and pick-ups - no problem for Cielto Lindo, although we had many last minute changes! The experience exceeded my expectations when one of the girls was leaving on her own (she is a first-time visitor to Mexico) and was alittle apprenhensive about navigating the airport on her own. Adrian assured me that he would take care of her and personally walked her into the airport and when she discovered that she could not pay for the baggage fee with cash, Adrian promptly paid for it with his own credit card! They are the best!

Our arrival and departure were smoothed and made comfortable and luxurious by the drivers of Cielito Lindo's transportation service. They communicated clearly and quickly when we made the reservation; showed up on time with clean, air conditioned, comfortable vehicles and delivered us in a timely and friendly manner. We will book with them again when we visit Los Cabos.

We traveled to Cabo for a relatives wedding. We had family members arriving on 3 different flights on May 3 with some members leaving on May 7 and others on May 8. Cielito Lindo was very accommodating with multiple changes I had to make to our reservations. They got back to me very quickly on all of my questions and I emailed to them. Once we arrived in Cabo it was easy to find the Cielito Lindo representative. The drivers were very friendly and the vans were very clean and well kept. We will definitely be using them again the next time we go to Cabo.

Excellent transportation to and from the airport on my recent trip to Cabo. The drivers were on time, informed, and very safe drivers. The vehicles were brand new and immaculate. I would highly recommend this company for your transportation needs in Cabo.

My wife and I used Cielito Lindo for all of our transportation when we went to Cabo.

Quick note, it was my wife's and I 1st time to Cabo/Mexico on vacation and we were nervous about using anyone for transportation...Cielito Lindo calmed our minds.

Airport Transfer-on time, excellent service, clean car, offered us free drinks! Shared info about Cabo with us.

Dinner Transfer-wife and I went to Flora Farms one night and had Cielito Lindo drive us to and from.-On time, clean car, excellent service

1 way transfer from downtown to hotel-excellent again!

-side note, when a storm came through and our dinner was canceled, they even called the restaurant to confirm, e-mailed us, called our hotel and were so close and in contact with us.

Extremely helpful and definitely worth the price.

Will totally use them again.
