I had a nice stay in this hotel, the room was nice and tidy, well deco, I love the way they welcome customer always with nice smile, especially the day receptionist -she is profestional and helped me to book the Halong bay trip I really enjoyed.

Placed right in the heart of the old quarter and close to everything we went with this hotel on the recommendation of this site. We were so looked after that we couldn't believe our luck. It began with a phone call from the Manager - Peter Le - to our home in Australia before we left, double checking he had our booking requirements and tour arrangements correct . When we arrived we had the VIP suite. Worth the extra money. We had to check out before our tour to Sapa but they gave us a room to get ready in during the day at no extra cost and looked after our luggage whilst we were gone. On our return we had a deluxe suite which is still undergoing some final touches but was very comfortable. I think we did better than anyone else we met along the way.

Hotel has excellent location near the lake and there are many bars and restaurants around. We were very delighted to have stayed there as staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are warm, some of them with over view, tastefully decorated, fully equiped and super clean. Breakfast í included in the price.
