that was a great trip! Lars -- Jul 05, 2010 01:00 am hi. i'm happy i can find tourdechina here! i meet Gao Feng in Dali and he offered me a package tour to Kawa Karpo. That was really amazing trip. the organization was smooth and Gao Feng is working really hard to make the trip super nice. I joined a group of 4 people two Japanese, American and Spanish, nice crew but sometimes they really couldn't appreciate what they are experiencing... prices in TDC are not so bad too and you can always negotiate if you are on tight budget :) i really recommend mr. Most of the time We do not stay in the office in someplace but accompany with our customers, the outdoor adventure lovers who love to explore the great landscape, local ethnic minority cultures and local people’s life. We organnize full supported small group trekking, cycling, Self-driving and Charity tours and private and customized adventure tours for families in Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet.
Our parnters and Tour de China co-operate daily or multi-day bike tours in Beijing, Shanghai Hangzhou too.
Tour de China started the step to the Cycling Adventure tours at 2008 in Yunnan. And now our adventure area has extend to most part of Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet. And the types of adventure tours you choose can be Trekking, Hiking, Camping, Cycling, Photography, Off-road Self-driving, Ethnic Minorty Culture, Charity and Volunteers Vacation or mixed. This Great Shangri-la Area has the richest ethnic minority culures, the most beautiful and mystical landscape and snow mountains in China and the World.
In 2009, We started to cooperate with some local NGO to arrange some Charity and Volunteer adventures to fund raise money to support the loacl poor schools and students in the south part of Yunnan. All the payment except the cost will be donated to the Local schools, poor students and NGOs to support them.
Tour de China is very willing to co-operate with adventure tour agencies overseas and work together.
