I have been to this place, about 35 minutes (by average car speed) from Dniepopetrovsk City center, nice feeling to enter through some quiet farm house style community, definite "off the beaten path" feeling, yet very world class! perfect place for kids, family, business. Food was great on a consistent basis, reasonable in price(considering quality), excellent decor and atmosphere, great service. The land is fairly flat here with a river bank, beach, pool, forests behind , surrounding it. Nice tennis courts, personal cabins to rent, perfect for a conference or big family event!. They speak enough English, it is not a problem. I have to give credit for the ballsy personal helicopter landing outside the grounds, so close to the power lines! Only in Ukraine! It is a nice area, I guess a lot of Russians keep a second home here or nearby. Feels very safe, comfortable and relaxing. Can not say I stayed here yet- it is a very fine place, no doubt it is great!
