We booked this for one night and didn't expect much based on 2 * rating. I normally stay in Hiltons when I travel (although in years past I have plenty experience staying in lower quality hotels) but Eufala doesn't offer one. This hotel was recently refurbished, sits on a nice quiet side of town overlooking the lake (!!) with a pool and the rooms were very nicely decorated and everything was very clean, staff very polite, pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had more variety than I expected from a Quality Inn, including healthy option of fresh fruit and yoghurt, hot food (bacon and fresh biscuits) and plenty of choices in cereals, pastries, bagels, etc. Very pleasant surpise. NIcely done Quality Inn!!
