The staff, especially Czarina, was extremely helpful and informed about the hotel and the surrounding area. I've been to a few different hotels, but this one stood out for the simplicity. I arrived, they had everything ready for me. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing complicated from the day I arrived to the day I left. The complimentary breakfast was simple and continually re-stocked with easy self-serve choices (eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, coffee). Nice pool, workout rooms and small business computer area. They also have a nice small restaurant bar area that is open in the evenings. The staff were continually accessible for questions or general assistance. Like my summary says: Comfortable, friendly, helpful and simple. Highly recommend!

Almost a year after our stay, my wife and I still discuss how comfortable the beds were. Everyday we enjoyed the best (self-serve) complimentary breakfast we've ever had - fresh waffles, yogurt, eggs and so much more. The room decor was contemporary, bright and elegant. We're planning to stay here for our return visit. Also, staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I thought this was a great option for us in Sept 09 it is very close to family in Sun Lakes. Unfortunately the hotel had just opened, in fact the opening management team was there with their families. We spent two days with NO HOT WATER and on the 3rd morning NO WATER AT ALL. The young front desk staff was not trained to handle/respond to our problems. They were very friendly and apologetic. The morning we were checking out they finally gave us a key to an empty room across the hall from us that had hot water. They should have moved us immediately. We were on the 3rd floor, the 6th floor had hot and no cold water! We still cannot believe that the opening team did not address this and we had no compensation on our statement or at least have been moved to a room that had hot and cold water. I even sent report to Corporate and the booking agent and no response. W
