La Casa de los Suenos, was more than what I had expected. The decoration is beautiful,with mainly mexican accents combined with a little asian. Bedrooms are very comfortable with upgrade beddings. The staff was allways there to greet me, and to attend me for anything I needed. I went to the Spa, had a massage and a facial and both were the best done with kwnoledge and gentleness .The persons at the Spa are very well trained and the facility is beautiful, you really get relaxed. The music for each area is delightful and pesceful. I had different and delicious food prepared at the two eating areas. I swam alone at the beach and I couldn't believe my whole experience. La Casa de los Suenos is a Dream come True!

Beautiful hotel completely ruined by a huge construction project to the left. Workers with ear-screeching power tools, loud boom boxes, completely destroying the mood, from 7:30am-6pm. Tried to endure for two days, w/increasing frustration. Finally decided we needed to leave and the staff wasn't helpful in negotiating a solution (20% off?!?!) This was a trip we'd planned and looked forward to for 6 months; disappointment is still with us. Obviously, we wouldn't recommend this hotel until they have some fair advertising or close down during the construction.
