    The shower in our room was broken, resulting in much inconvenience and awkwardness. because there was no access to water it is clear that the shower had not been cleaned ...

    The shower in our room was broken, resulting in much inconvenience and awkwardness. Because there was no access to water it is clear that the shower had not been cleaned since the previous guests. The desk said that they weren't even aware of the malfunction. Also, we lost hours of sleep due to noisy guests.

    The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The internet was a little slow. The exercise room was well equipped and everything worked. The rooms were a little dark and dated but still very usable. The location is right next ti I-5 so it's very convenient. All in all this place is a great value. I've paid more and gotten far less.
