The hotel overcharged me initially. Then they charged my account multiple times instead of refunding me the amount owed from the initial overcharge. They were slow in coming up with solutions. The hotel even said my bank needed to correct their errors. Instead of returning the money to me, they wanted me to dispute the charges. I have called the corporate office for the hotel twice, but there is still no resolution to this matter. I am frustrated and would not recommend others stay here. Be warned, you may have a financial nightmare by staying with this hotel. I have dealt with 3 Managers at the hotel. All of them made promises about having a quick solution, but as of this writing I still have been overcharged $* and have seen zero money returned.
