Éramos un grupo grande con llegadas y salidas en diferentes horas y días. Todo lo arreglamos por mail! Súper puntuales a la hora de recogernos, utilizamos el servicio 7 veces y las 7 veces fueron excelentes. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

We were a big group with different arrivals and departures, everything was set up via email, we used the service 7 times and each time the service was excellent, they are very punctual! I would definitely recommend to hire them. I know I will do it again!

I would use them again. While in Cabo, I used this service on three separate occasions and every time they were consistently reliable. The driver was courteous. I felt safe. It was a first class experience. Highly recommend!

I had my bachelorette party in Cabo recently (Labor Day Weekend 2012) with a group of girls (8 of us total) for the first time. Of course you hear stories and you definitely want to be well-prepared when you arrive so before our trip, I searched online for different transportation companies and came across Black Diamond on Tripadvisor. There weren't much reviews but I still contacted the company and I got an instant response from Jorge. He was very helpful, professional and replied to all my questions all on the same day, if not instantly. Also, from all the quotes I got, he has the best price! When we got there, our driver (totally forgot his name) was already there waiting with a sign in-hand and was so nice! He offered us water and beer the instant we got into the car. Totally safe driver--no swerves, sudden stops or turns. The only thing was he didn't speak much English but it didn't matter because we were absorbing all the gorgeous views outside. We did a round trip package so the same driver came to pick us up after 3 days and as expected, early and very cordial. All in all, this was one of the best decisions I made for the trip and for everyone else reading this, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again :) -Mary- (SF)

I recently went to Cabo San Lucas in June 2012 and decided to avoid the airport hassles of finding a taxi on my own. When you travel to a new place for the first time you are always worried about what if you get hassled or possibly overcharged for services. I read about Black Diamond on the Internet and decided to line up limousine type service with a private driver thru Black Diamond Transportation Services for my trip in advance. I contacted them on email in advance to get rates and after giving all my details to them I had a quick response and the trip was set up. My driver was waiting for me as promised, he was very pleasant and professional. His name was Hugo. I paid up front for my return trip and just as promised Hugo arrived at my Hotel in Cabo San Lucas to take me back to the San Jose airport , he arrived early which made me very happy. My trip to Cabo was great and I am planning to use Jorge Rivero and his Black Diamond people to provide me services on my next trip back to Cabo. I've travelled all over the world and my latest trip to Mexico re affirmed to me again that Mexico is still a safe and friendly destination to travel to for vacation. This was my 14 th trip to Mexico and I have never encountered issues on any of my trips. the people are always great to me and make me fond of my travels to there country. If you want to have a stress free arrival I would recommend using Black Diamond Transportation, it's well worth a few dollars more than to ride in a small taxi with others.
