Hotel was difficult to fine. Even with directions from Hotel staff, it was difficult to locate. Room was nicely furnished and was very spacious. The room had space and the amenities to make our week long stay very comfortable. Gym was small-several of the exercise machines were out of operation during our stay. Overall-we would stay in this hotel again, especially if it is a long term (over a week) visit.

Well-worthwhile accommodation given that you have all the facilities of a clean, comfortable, modern apartment. Our "Crystal" suite (the smallest offerred) was equivalent to a studio apartment, but adequately spacious and well-equipped for two people. The free Internet connection worked flawlessly. All the reception staff we dealt with were extremely pleasant, helpful, cooperative, professional and forthcoming — providing a standard of service which would have done credit to a 5-star hotel. The suites are located on a quiet side street in a modern, business-oriented part of Seoul with broad boulevards. To visit the tourist attractions of Seoul you will need to use the metro-subway system — which is extensive, clean, safe and easy to travel on given the bilingual signs. The nearest station, Gangnam, is a convenient 5-10 minute walk from the suites. There are restaurants in the vicinity; however, it will help to know Korean. Consider eating at restaurants and food courts in department stores and malls because they have menus in English or pictures of the dishes which you can order. Note that there are three, separate Artnouveau City serviced residence buildings — Artnouveau City I, II and III all in the Gangnam area. They are not a convenient walking distance from one another; consequently, know for sure with which of the three you have booked, its exact, correct address, and the relevant phone numbers.
