    The room was great and the views were fantastic. the only cons are no free internet access in our room (in south korea of all places!) and the annoying elevator ...

    The room was great and the views were fantastic. The only cons are no free internet access in our room (in South Korea of all places!) and the annoying elevator system. The only way to get to our room was to take the elevator to the lobby on the 41st floor and then another elevator down to our room. The time wasted on each trip adds up. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel. As a bonus, the subway station was just an elevator ride down.
