As New York Ricans we dreamed of owning a piece of property in Puerto Rico. In 2007 our dreams became a reality and we commenced to establish roots in our beautiful island of Puerto Rico by purchasing a condo in the city of Fajardo.

In 2011 we took our next step and purchased a vacant building with ocean
views. Our goal to open a vacation rental for others to enjoy and explore the east side of this amazing island has flourished into a beautiful and relaxing property for all to enjoy.
