A warm salt water pond with a white sandy beach is just one of the amenities this turn of the century Colonial offers their guests. There are 5 tastefully decorated rooms three with private bath and two with a shared bath. Each room is air conditioned and has a TV and telephone. Three rooms offer a water view. Kayak, sail, canoe, on the pond, walk to restaurants and shops. Short distance to island ferries and bike trails. There are two studio/suites 6 & 7, one with a queen bedroom, living room, kitchen and partial water view and the other studio with a queen bed, kitchenette and private deck, with water view. Studios/suites rent in season Sat/Sat and rooms one and two can be connected, perfect for families or people traveling together. There is also a lovely screened in porch to relax in as well as a 2nd floor deck to enjoy the view.
