Our courses are planned for students at various levels who wish to take their first steps in Spanish or who are simply interested in improving their fluidity. The program is divided into weeks, with new students beginning classes every Monday throughout the year. The standard package is four hours a day of classes given by university teachers with experience of teaching Spanish as a second language.

You benefit from a minimum of 15 hours (20 lessons) per week tuition in small friendly groups at one of our Institutes, with cultural visits and leisure activities. La Ceiba is located on the Caribbean coast of Honduras. It is the third largest city in the country and is serviced by an international airport. A ferry boat or a 20 minute flight from here takes you to the turquoise waters of the Bay Islands, Utila, Roatan and Guanaja. La Ceiba is a vibrant, lively town which beats to the rhythm of its Latin, Caribbean and AfroAntillian culture. It is home to the Dole Fruit Company, producers of bananas, pineapples and grapefruits.

The "Zona Viva" is an area along the beach where most of the restaurants and night clubs are located. Central Park is a pleasant shaded area in the centre of town and the beautiful Standard Park just minutes away. There are many hotels, restaurants, and a modern cinema. It is easy to find your way around the city and you can walk cycle or take a taxi for a minimum of cost.

In the outskirts of La Ceiba you can discover, the "Cuero Y Salado" Wildlife Refuge which has monkeys, parrots and manatees among their 35 protected. White water rafting and kayaking are a thrilling attraction and the beaches surrounding La Ceiba are safe and clean. You can ascend into the majestic cloud forest of the "Pico Bonito" Natural Reserve, and hike from near sealevel up to 8,000 feet. You will discover the Fauna the Flora, several exotic waterfalls and incredible views of the Caribbean Coast and the Bay Islands. The Picturesque mountain peak, "Pico Bonito" is a landmark on the north coast of Honduras and without a doubt makes La Ceiba an important EcoTourism destination. EcoTourism internships are available upon request.
