Appalachian Trail Adventures (ATA) has a unique approach to health and fitness, with hiking as its core activity. For fitness activities other than hiking, we offer excise and yoga classes. ATA has two Registered Dietitian on staff, Rosa Donohue MS, RD, CND and Jill Corey MS, RD both have a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. HIKING PROGRAMS The majority of our hikes are in the Green Mountain Nation Forest along the Appalachian Trail and Long Trail, the oldest long distance hiking trail in the country.

Our PEAK BAGGING PROGRAM is for those advanced hikers will have the opportunity to hike all five of Vermonts 4,000 foot mountains. Those who summit all of Vermonts 4,000 footers are awarded with a certificate of accomplishment. This accomplishment in the hiking community is referred to as a peak bagging.

Our VERMONT'S VISTA and VILLIAGE VACATION takes intermediate and novice hikers to Vermonts most scenic vistas, to a waterfalls, a historical mine, or to a beautiful crystal clear lake.
