Angels' Ascent is nestled in a set of foothills that overlook the Sandia Mountain Range. The Sandia Crest Ski Area features the world's longest tram which leads to a mountain top restaurant with majestic views. In winter the Ski Area is open to both beginners and more accomplished skiers and in summer the tram is used to transport bicyclists up to the mountain top. Paako Ridge Golf Club is a full professional course set in a lush mountain valley. The Turquoise Trail leading to Santa Fe winds through the historic mining towns of Madrid, Golden and Cerillos which are now home to and artist colony. Only 20 minutes from Albuquerque, we have access to wineries, museums, antique shops, theaters, a zoo, aquarium, ampitheater, Indian pueblos and a myriad of other attractions.
