Surrounding Area
There is an authentic mexican restaurant located right downstairs with delicious hot plates of mexican food or you can walk across the street and get some five star meals at Jens restaurant or try a bagal and some home made bread at Europa Bakery.
Accommodations
We have drift wood and organic materials from all of Alaska area surrounding the building from the outside , and into the inside interior.
Rooms/Suites
We have rooms with shared bathrooms or private bathrooms. Our shared bathrooms are located in the spiral hallways through out our estalishment. They are shared with other guests who are staying in the shared private rooms, however the bathrooms are private, very clean and lock from the inside . We also have private rooms with private bathrooms , the bathrooms are located inside the private room.
Amenities
Serronos Mexican Restaurant, Jens Restaurant , Campa Bella, or Europa Bakery. There is a work out gym a building over from us, and laundry facilities two buildings over. We are located in midtown and are close to everything.
Services Offered
We clean rooms as requested if guests are staying more then two days then they request for their rooms to be cleaned while they are out enjoying Alaska.
Policies & Restrictions
This is a no zone for alcohol and smoking. Non- smoking and no alcohol . Anyone under the age of 18 must be with an adult. No pets of any kind are allowed at the Hotel.
Rates & Availability
Our rates for shared bathroom , twin bed start at $50.00 , and Shared bathroom , one double bed start at $67.00 per night. Private bathroom with one double bed starts at $87.00 per night.
We also have family rooms available from 4 - 8 people , in a bunk bed environment room. No television in the family rooms, however there are phones in both.
Other Information
We are located at 640 w. 36th avenue, Anchorage , Alaska. 99503. Our office is open from 10 am to 2 am the following day. We are 3 1/2 miles from the airport . Sorry no shuttle service, however bus line 7 can get you 2 blocks away or taxi only cost $15.00 to $20.00 to bring you here from either the train or plane.
Discounts Offered
We do give discounts of 5% to AAA members and 5 % to Military and Government.
