Beach house rentals is located in Seward on magical Lowell Pt., a scenic drive 2.5 miles along Resurrection Bay and the mountains. We are just 100 ft from the beach with public access just a short walk from the house. Salmon fishing is popular right from the beach and it is common to spot sea otters or sea lions right from the shore. There is also a short hiking trail nearby, where you can find the salmon upstream most of the summer at Tonsina Creek. Kayaking guides and rentals are available right on Lowell Pt. Fishing charters and whale watching tours, the Alaska Sealife Center and Exit Glacier are all attractions that you don't want to miss!

TreeFort House, beach house #1 & #2 are 2 bedroom houses that each sleep up to 6 people.
The TreeFort Efficiency Apartment has a queen bed, queen futon and a single bunk to sleep 5 people, but in a little tighter quarters. All places have a full kitchen and bathroom.

Amenities include:
-Fully supplied kitchen with full size refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, coffee, tea, hot chocolate + basic condiments.
-All houses have a full bathroom supplied with soap, towels, hairdryer and curling iron.
-Outdoor propane barbecue grill, picnic tables and fire pit available to our guests.

Nightly rates are based on double occupancy + $20/person + 3% sales tax.

Drive South on the Seward Hwy from Anchorage, 125 miles. Drive through Seward to the end of the hwy and take a right at the stop sign on Lowell Pt road. This road will take you past a big waterfall where it will become a dirt road leading you along beautiful Resurrection Bay on 1 side and the mountain on the right side. Drive 2.5 miles to Miller's Landing campground and turn right on Beach Drive. Beach house rentals is the 4th house on the right past Miller's Landing. You'll see a blue & white beach scene on the sign that says Beach House Rentals.
