Authentic XVIII savoyarde farm, renovated and situated on a plateau at 470m altitude at St. Leger in the Valley of the Maurienne in the Savoie region of France.
Privileged surroundings at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains.
The property was taken out of the hunting zone 11 years ago and the land is organically managed (cultivation of Saffron) creating a haven for wildlife, also horses, cats and chickens live harmoniously here.
The valley of the Maurienne is the world's largest cycling area with prestigious mountain passes such as Iseran, Madeleine or Galibier.

From the autoroute A43 take the exit number 25 Epierre.
After the toll at the roundabout, turn left D207 and carry on for 776 m, turn left (D207) and carry on for 3km.
Traverse St. Leger and continue until the village called 'Les Granges' turn right (sign post indicating Le Domaine).
Continue for 800 metres then go right (sign post made of wood indicating Le Domaine), go right down to the sand arena.
