Surrounding Area
Lake Tahoe is the crown jewel of American alpine lakes. It straddles the California and Nevada border at 6300' above sea level The lake is surrounded by pristine forested mountains, twenty ski resorts (Squaw, Heavenly, Kirkwood, etc.), top golf courses (Edgewood, Genoa), wide sandy beaches plus hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails. Whether its scenery, casinos, sports or fine dining, Tahoe has something for you all year long!
Vacation Rental Property
My 7 townhouse condos are located in a scented pine forest in the best location at Tahoe. Each is a fully equipped residence with groundd-floor access, a kitchen, a gas fireplace, a private outdoor hot tub, wireless Internet, and more! The community has a private pool, a childrens' play area, tennis courts, saunas and BBQs around the pool.
Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
Our condos vary in size. The smallest two are 3-bedroom, 2-bath units that sleep up to eight each. Three units are 3-br, 4-ba that each accommodate ten. The two largest are 4-br, 3-ba units that sleep up to twelve. However, three pairs adjoin and may be rented together - 7-bedrom, 5-bath with sleeping for 20.
Services Offered
Taxes, linens, towels, utilities and the cleaning service on departure are all included in the rate. The village staff provides security, garbage service and snow removal. My local property manager handles cleaning and other items as needed.
Policies & Restrictions
Smoking not permitted, no pets except by special arrangement with the owner.
