House is in a great location: 5 homes from the beautiful beach - only a 3 minute walk. We provide 1 hour of free tennis per day at Sea Pines Racquet Club. You can walk to Sea Pines Beach Club (entertainment) & Fitness Center, bike to the restaurants and shops at Harbor Town, South Beach and Coligny Circle, or just watch golfers go by on the Ocean Course.

Our home is newly updated, professionally furnished & decorated. There is central air-conditioning, a sunroom, heated pool, 7 TV's and 7 VCR's, DVD player, computer, cable TV with premium channels, stereo system with CD changer and cassette player, multiple indoor and outdoor speakers, large deck with golf and lagoon views, formal living room and dining room, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher. All linens and towels are included. Also has a fireplace, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, basketball court and a whirlpool bath in the master bedroom. Restaurant and golf discounts provided.

You can fly right onto Hilton Head Island via scheduled commercial flights or private aircraft. It may be less expensive to fly to Savannah International Airport and take rental car, limo or taxi to Hilton Head Island. It is a 50 minute drive.
