Smallicombe is in a superb rural area with lovely views over unspoilt countryside little changed over the centuries. Smallicombe is mentioned in the Doomsday book of 1086 in the ownership of Baldwin the Sherriff.The area is noted for its walking, both rural and coastal. Honiton is well known for its antiques and lacemaking. We breed rare breed Berkshire, British Lop and Middle White pigs annd are well known throughout the country and export prime breeding stock to other countries.

Old farmhouse retaining interesting features including huge fireplaces, log fires in winter.All the rooms have superb rural views. Nowhere near any main roads with only the sights and sounds of the countryside.

All the roome have their own bathrooms and are attractively decorated and furnished with old pine in keeping with the old farmhouse features.
