The resort resides on Grenada's southern True Blue peninsula, a scenic neighborhood and home to the island's “rich and famous.†True Blue Bay's secluded location is surprisingly convenient, steps away from True Blue Bay Marina, home of Horizon Yacht Charters and Aquanauts Dive Center & Shop. The St. George's University, Spice Isle Boat Yard and several neighborhood restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. A five minute drive can take you to the Maurice Bishop International Airport, popular restaurants, banks, shopping centers, and several white sand beaches including the infamous Grand Anse Beach.
Accommodations
Elegant Villas, Suites & Rooms are tucked away into a hillside with seaside views of the Caribbean Sea and gorgeous True Blue Bay. The resort itself is surrounded by sloping gardens and each guest room has been carefully designed, built, and decorated by owners Russ & Magdalena Fielden. Beautifully appointed colorful details, comfortable furnishings and fabrics designed for the tropics make these rooms a relaxing Caribbean heaven. All guest rooms have fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, air-conditioning, phones, wireless internet, fans and balconies with views of the bay.
Rooms/Suites
True Blue Villas: Five lavish, 2 bedroom villas with an infinity pool overlooking the marina offering a king bed and whirlpool bath in the master suite, and the second bedroom provides a king or two single beds and bathroom. Upstairs accommodations include top of the line appliances, spacious dining and living room areas, plus a uniquely refreshing plunge pool and spacious veranda overlooking the Marina.
Tower Suites: Three second floor units are owner Magdalena's favorites. Incredibly romantic and private, each room features its own tower equipped with a confi-chair and a magnificent 360 panoramic view of True Blue Bay. The oversized balconies provide an ideal setting to watch a sunset or gaze upon the aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea. Tasteful tropical wood and palm furnishings, huge bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub, comfy 4 poster king bed, overstuffed couch and dining suite are quite lavish.
Waterfront Suites: Nine spectacular suites by the water's edge, specially designed to bring the natural beauty of True Blue Bay into a room full of Caribbean comfort and leisure. Featuring tropical designed furnishing, indulgent fabrics and easy going colours, these two level suites have relaxing living room, kitchen, dining area and generous balcony with comfy furnishings on the lower floor. The upper level has a queen bed, ample bathroom with shower and an intimate veranda with cozy outdoor chairs to sit and enjoy the astounding panoramic view of the bay.
Honeymoon Suite: One fabulous and exceptional suite designed for romance! Four poster king size bed, soft and enticing furnishings and fabrics, custom designed décor, exotic tropical fresh flowers, stylish, relaxing and spacious living area, oversized bathroom with whirlpool tub & shower, spacious veranda with stunning views of the glinting Caribbean Sea. Hideaway and romantic location connected by a bridge through the tree tops.
True Blue Style Standard Rooms
Indigo Rooms: Popular with families and divers these twelve double occupancy units overlook the bay, infinity pool and gardens. They are near the dive shop and marina and all have a charming spacious shady balcony, teak furnishings and inspiring Caribbean colors.
True Blue Rooms: Six simply elegant rooms have teak furnishings. Charming terraces give way to views of the bay, bay view pool, and gardens (king or twin beds).
Bay View Rooms: Four upper-floor double occupancy rooms offering stunning views of the resort's gardens and bay. Teak furnishings, with classic Caribbean colors and spacious verandas.
Cocoa Pod Rooms Our Cocoa Pod rooms are a Deluxe Standard room, for those looking for a little extra space. Opened in 2019 and keeping the environment and climate change in mind the Fielden family put years of experience in the hospitality industry as well as their passion for sustainability, to work when designing these rooms. The playful tropical flair signature style of True Blue Bay has made these rooms a perfect place to enjoy the topical weather of Grenada in a comfortable and sustainable environment. These modern climate-smart rooms are surrounded by tropical vegetation and overlook either the Cocoa Pod pool with our popular Grenada sign or the lush Lap pool. These exquisite and charming accommodations have been designed with the environment in mind to be low-carbon emitting rooms. They have double glazed patio doors, solar water heaters, electricity generated by PV solar panels with water and energy-efficient appliances! They are beautifully decorated with a sea-inspired color palette, specially-commissioned with ethically sourced furniture and artworks. Each room has a compact kitchen, dining area and studio couch. These rooms are perfect for couples and small families.
Occupancy: up to 3 adults one sleeping on the pull-out couch or 2 adults and 2 small children.
Cocoa Pod Suite These climate-smart suites were specially designed by the Fielden family keeping in mind sustainability, comfort and the magic of the Caribbean. Designed over two storeys and decorated in a contemporary Caribbean chic style with exquisite sea-inspired colours, teak furniture and soft textures. The ground floor is a spacious open plan design with a living-dining area which comfortably accommodates 4 persons, a compact kitchen, a studio couch, TV, small bathroom and a balcony with seating which features fabulous views of our picturesque tropical gardens and lap pool. The upstairs bedroom area is equally spacious, has a king-size bed with an extra comfortable pillow top mattress, TV, wardrobe, large bathroom and a second balcony with an amazing view of the sparkling ocean that you can enjoy and relax on the warm evenings on comfortable patio furniture. Close to the suites there are small gardens with fruit trees, the fruits are there for your enjoyment. The Cocoa Pod suites are perfect for couples that would like a little extra space or a small family with two children (using the queen size studio couch).
