The Inn boasts fifteen tastefully decorated guestrooms in seaside decor, All of our guest rooms offer private bath, water views, cable TV, CD player, paddle fan and air conditioning. Most have king or queen bed and some have two beds. Rooms with king bed have large soaking tub, rainhead shower and 32" flat screen. Savor the salt air breezes and panoramic views of the Niantic River and Long Island Sound from the privacy of the balcony of one of our guestrooms. Enjoy the beautiful gardens from an Adirondack chair or the peacefulness of the gazebo.Breakfast can be enjoyed on the porch during summer months, weather permitting, or in our cozy Bayview room by the fireplace.

The ‘Main Inn' features 9 guestrooms that virtually sit atop of our Harbor Hill Marina and the Niantic River while the 7 guestrooms at the newer ‘Captain Clark House' offer a bit more luxurious experience with amenities such as king beds, soaking tubs, gas fireplaces and private balconies. All of the quiet, welcoming rooms at the inn are tastefully and comfortably appointed to suit the needs of any guest looking for that perfect romantic or seasonal getaway. All rooms offer private bathrooms and complimentary breakfast each morning.
