Deposit/ Cancellation Policy
Credit card guarantee is requested to secure bookings. A 30 % deposit will be taken upon reservation. The balance will be settled upon arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of 350 Euro is required in cash, to be paid upon arrival.

up to 30 days prior to arrival, no penalty and deposit will be refunded less bank charges; between 30 and 9 days prior to arrival the deposit will become non refundable;
less than 9 days prior to arrival the entire amount will be charged and non refundable.
Once we receive your reservation, we will ask you to provide the authorization for the above charges with a form which we will send you. Reservations without this authorization will be canceled.
