La Marmotte penthouse duplex

Duplex penthouse, new for the 2003/4 season, in the style of a chalet with exposed wooden beams, eaves and plenty of wooden paneling on both floors. There are two balconies, one facing east and the other south. The views are magnificent. It can be used by parties of adults or by families, sleeping from 2 to 8 (though there is a good quality sofa bed in the sitting room if you are desperate for extra space). There is one bathroom and one shower room, both with w.c.s. There is a second neighbouring apartment available, sleeping 6. Centrally located in Courchevel 1650, about 400m from the lift station, shops and numerous restaurants and the ski bus stop, yet quiet. There is an underground garage and a heated ski locker. Many services are provided by our local agents. It is ideal if you want accommodation of a better standard than the average hotel or apartment.

Ski from the lifts situated about 400m from the apartment. Native English speaking instructors work from the local English run ski school. The skiing area is the most extensive in Europe - Courchevel is rated by many as providing the best skiing you can get. You can get plenty of information about the resort on the net.

Any ages welcome, though the apartment will particularly appeal to those wanting a higher standard of accommodation than that usually found in rented properties in the Alps. All beds are covered in White Company sheets and towels so it has a lovely luxurious feel!

We do not allow smoking inside and would think hard before taking groups of single males!
