Annapurna Circuit trekking is rightly known as Nepal's classic trek - offers more variety than any other equivalent length trek, taking us through virtually every type of scenery that Nepal has to offer. There are superb views of the Manaslu, Annapurnas and Dhaulagiri, and an amazing variety of landscapes ranging from sub-tropical through alpine to an arid semi-desert akin to Tibet. The climax of the trek is crossing the formidable Thorung-La pass (5416m) and Annapurna Base Camp. This is trek is designed lodge and tented based, so we spend time in villages inhabited by many of Nepal's different tribes, both Buddhist and Hindu religion. With this superb trek you will be overwhelmed by the close-up views of the giant snow peaks Annapurna I (8,019m.), Annapurna III (7,555m.), Gangapurna (7,454m.) and Machhapuchhre (6,993m.) This trekking is strongly recommended for excellent mountain vistas. The central region of Annapurna Base Camp boasts some of the most brilliant sunset in Nepal. A summation of five climatic and vegetation zones along with a variety of ethnic groups has found their niche in this diverse terrain. This area also offers several choices of treks from visiting the hospitable village of Ghorepani – Poon Hill, Chhomrong and Ghandrung to viewing the exquisite panoramic mountain views.

Though demanding enough for the seasoned trekker, this Annapurna circuit and Annapurna Base Camp trek is also an excellent introduction to walking in Nepal.
