This beautiful, spacious, three-story home is located in the luxurious tropical resort of Playacar, in Playa del Carmen. Tropical gardens surround this new home; three terraces offer a view of nature's sacred paradise and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. This new home completed in 2004 has 4 large private comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans; each room is tastefully decorated with a theme. A 5th private studio bedroom with bathroom is available upon request. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms a 3rd private studio bedroom is available if needed (12 guests), 1 with a king size bed and security safe, the 2nd large bedrooms contains 2 double size beds with teak furniture and patio doors to the balcony. The large main living room has 20 ft. high and 15 ft wide window overlooking a natural tropical jungle like garden, there are 3 couches, 29 inch TV, DVD, with satellite reception is located on this floor, as well as access to the laundry facilities.

20% deposit non refundable for cancellation made from 89 (119 days for holidays) days to 60 days before arrival.
Full amount non refundable for cancellation made 59 days or less before arrival unless re-leased.
Bank Checks, No personal checks for balance (personal checks acceptable for deposit only)
Non smoking home, smoking alowed only on terrases.
