Vacation Rental Property
Please see photos and descriptions. Circa 1930, the ranch is 6,600 square feet of desert villa and veranda space. Everything has been carefully and tastefully designed by Nancy Newton, designer from Chicago & New Jersey. Every room has unique custom finishes and includes many fine artwork from all over the world and other artists. The villa maintains the charm and comfort of times past with all the updated conveniences and equipment. This is a one of a kind property and will create many memorable moments.

7 Bedrooms and can accommodate 13 guests.We can add 2 other twin beds to make a total of 15... we charge $20 per bed set up and $40 extra per night per person. Every room is elegant and rustic with creative and unique touches.

Services Offered
We have onsite pool, horseback riding, private hiking tours of Indian grounds by Little Bear, arranged in advance, each at extra cost.
Policies & Restrictions
At the ranch we honor freedom and privacy. This is a gated 10 acre facility. Smoking is permitted outside, well behaved pets are always welcome.
We are a green facility, compost & recycle and ask all guests to dispose of trash or recyclables in proper containers.
We also conserve water as this is a desert and ask you to be respectful of this resource. Our water is fantastic from our 700 foot well.
We ask that tenants respect the wild life, gardens and not disturb the environment. We have abundant wild life which includes owls, desert birds, bob cats, javaleina (wild pigs), deer, jack rabbits, jackalope, snakes and insects. Many of these animals can be seen from the veranda and decks.
We requests that all gates be closed at all times. As many of this wild life like to snack on the gardens.
