The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres is a non-profit organisation with locations around the world.
We teach yoga with an holistic approach so that we can achieve our goal of a healthy body, a balanced mind and inner peace. Yoga helps remove inner obstacles and gives us the fortitude to stay cool, calm and collected when confronted with the everyday challenges of modern life.
Relax your body and spirit through meditation, yoga classes (outdoor on the cedar platform, weather permitting!), long walks, reading and conversations with like-minded people
Living and learning: Get inspiration from lectures on health, nutrition, meditation and philosophy or in seminars and further trainings
Enjoy delicious vegetarian cuisine. In a relaxed atmosphere it is easy to cultivate new habits, like adopting a healthier and more easily digestible diet.
You are welcome to spend your yoga vacation with us and stay as long as you wish. We recommend that you stay several days in order to have time to learn, step by step, all aspects of yoga.

Our team of yoga teachers have all graduated from the Sivananda Yoga Teachers‘ Training Courses, guaranteeing an authentic experience. All our instructors lead a yogic lifestyle and are competent teachers and advisers.
