Prime Apartments agency rents out for short term 1-room, 2-room, 3-room and 4-room apartments which are situated in different locations around the centre of Minsk, along the main city avenue -Nezavisimosti. Offered apartment is located in 52-1 Nezavisimosti avenue, a few minutei s walk of metro Ploscha Yakuba Kolasa. Iti s the shopping area of Minsk.
Offered apartment has one living room and one bedroom and designed for 3 people: 2+1 (because of availability of two bunks: double-bed in bedroom and sofa in living room). Apartment comes with free Wi-Fi Internet, TV-set, full equipped kitchen (gas, microwave, electric cattle, refrigerator, cook- and dishwear) and bathroom (shower, washing machine, hairdryer, free toiletries).
Pay attention: apartment is on the fifth floor (without lift).
Our service: daily cleaning, сhanging of towels and bed linen, preparation of all necessary documents: agreement, receipt, invoice
You can pay by cash or by card.

Nezavisimosti avenue is a few minutei s walk of the metro station Ploscha Yakuba Kolasa. So it isni t a problem to get to our apartment from the Central railway station by metro. It will take 10 minutes. To get to this apartment from airport Minsk-2 you can choose a route bus (to the bus terminal Moskovski) and metro, but it will be much faster by taxi. And the easiest way is our transfer: This service is for an extra charge - $35, youi ll have to pay to a taxi driver, by cash or by card.
Please, call us in advance to tell the exactly time and way of you arriving, and you will be met in the railway station/ airport (if you order our transfer) or near the door of your apartment (if you arrive on your own) by our manager with agreement and keys.
