The top floor of the villa has a spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath upscale
apartment with a huge verandah for panoramic viewing of
the Caribbean.
Inside, it's open-concept in the main living area �- a welcoming sea of space awaits �- with high ceilings and old-time wooden shutters for catching the warm breezes. And whether just lingering or passing through to the back, where the pool and barbeque are located, wherever you are in Warm Breezes, the distant sound of surf stays with you.
The Master has an ensuite, walk-in closet and oodles of space, boasting closest proximity to the pool and a spectacular view of the sea. All bedrooms are air-conditioned (the units are split-level and silent). All beds are 4-poster wrapped with wispy white canopies and curtains for style by day; doubling as mosquito nets, for those who feel they need them, by night.
Colourful local birds like the "Mot Mot" daily come to peck at whatever cheese or fruit scraps you may feel inclined to line the villa railings with. Beyond the balcony, the lush greens and vibrant blues of the tropics beckon, drawing you down. In the evenings, local voices and laughter float up. They too are irresistible.

A perfect name for this very affordable self-catering cottage, romantically set apart from the main house at Hibiscus Heights. All one-level and readily accessible, this cottage's convenient drive-up-to-the-door parking within property's gates will make unpacking less of a chore and getting around so much easier.
Step inside Sweet Nest and there are no walls obstructing your view. Through the open shutters in the kitchen, you'll see the Caribbean Sea sparkling. Through the lattice divider, you'll easily spy the queen size bed. The walls are all white, inviting you in.
The French doors open onto a large private deck, with an umbrella and patio set for al fresco dining. Two adjustable loungers are also provided, as well as a gas BBQ, with dusk-to-dawn lighting to make the chef in your party's job easier.
Step back inside, close the doors, and what do guests of Sweet Nest have? One big room �- not counting the bathroom, of course �- to which the sun weary can retire; a place to cook, eat, sleep and watch Netflix movies or cable television in air-conditioned comfort.
Sweet Nest is affordable, its own little world where newly weds or pretty much any party looking for privacy at an economical rate will be happy.

Take the first set of stairs you come to on your right, and you'll be checking in to Corner View.
Step inside this spacious 1-bedroom apartment and the openness of the space, the white tiled floors and the concrete coolness of its walls will instantly charm you. A long built-in bar divides the kitchen from the living area; the lounge flows into the dining area. This is one big room perfect for entertaining.
The bedroom is set apart, shut off by space-saving curtains through which
human traffic can more quietly flow. Sneak a peek 'round the corner of the
bedroom, and what do you see? A bathroom but, hey, is that a washer and dryer too? A handy convenience, indeed, and one you won't find in many other self catering apartments affording double occupancy. An almost necessary amenity for any extended visit.
Step out on to the terrace, and the view will astound, make you happy to have secured this particular corner! Bordered with bougainvillea in front, overgrown floppy blossoms help ensure privacy, while still affording captivating sea views.

Why's it called that?
Well ... maybe because it's evident that some thought has gone into decorating this modest apartment, into making the basics look as homey and attractive as possible.
Or maybe it has something to do with this apartment's ideal location: a two minute walk from the local ATM (cash-stop) and a not so pricey mini-mart; or its proximity to enough eating and drinking establishments in the Grafton area to keep even the most extroverted entertained.
In other words, maybe you could very cornily say that the Artist's Studio is called that because this self-catering apartment so very close to the village of Pleasant Prospect is the perfect place to paint yourself the vacation of your dreams.
That goes for singles, couples, pretty much anyone traveling on a low budget.
For surfers wanting to be near the waves of Mt. Irvine: this is a fully air conditioned and well-equipped flat that you'll want to bring your girlfriends to!

Policies & Restrictions
Villa Capacity, Use & Maintenance: The total number of persons allowed to stay in any of the apartments overnight is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. Should a group misrepresent themselves, its members will be required to pay for the extra person(s) immediately or vacate the premises without refund.
The apartments at Hibiscus Heights are to be used for private entertaining only. Absolutely NO house parties or big public functions such as weddings are allowed without previous arrangement and permission of owners.
All apartments and rooms are smoke free for your enjoyment. Ashtrays are provided outside on the patios for our guests who wish to smoke.
In case of a maintenance problem, after being notified, the owners of Hibiscus Heights are committed to the earliest resolution of problem possible. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television/cable service, telephone, appliances, etc. It is the obligation of guests to report any problem or damage to the owners immediately.
Security Deposit: a CASH security deposit as per reservation agreement is required upon arrival. If you prefer not to pay cash, please notify the owners of this at the time of booking, so that you can pre-pay the security deposit prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full, either at check-out or within 2 weeks of a party's departure, provided:
• the apartment is not left abnormally dirty causing an inordinate amount of extra cleaning
• there is no breakage, damage, or missing items
• there are no outstanding charges incurred before, during, or after your stay
