I can accomodate clients of all skill levels from serious fly-fishermen to beginners. I can provide casting lessons and instruction on trolling etc. Most fishing is done from a boat in lakes, ponds and rivers and I have four different watercraft available depending on the location we fish.

A typical day may start in early morning where we would hop in the boat and travel to a fishing location based on the species of fish we target. It might be a rocky shore with lots of structure where smallmouth lurk, or a deep portion of the lake or pond where the trout and salmon live. We would probably see loons, and if we were lucky observe an eagle or osprey. If all goes well we would boat some fish and take a few photos. We may change techniques and try fishing for other species available if things got slow. Here in Maine you'll definitely see some great scenery!

I can accomodate all age groups. Family trips are limited to three people, but arrangements can be made to have another guide accompany us in a separate boat for larger groups

There are various types of accomodations available in the Belgrade and Rangeley lakes region, from campgrounds to motels and bed and breakfasts. There are also many great restaurants in the area.

I don't allow smoking in my boats or blinds.
