We are located between downtown and the historic old town known as Old Colorado City. This area has rolling foot hills and mesas surrounding fountain creek which flows down Ute Pass, the Northeast side of Pikes Peak. Our Westside neighborhood was developed around the turn of the century and has a variety of architectual styles from the late 1800's to the present.

Located just outside the Historic District of Old Colorado City on a tree lined street, It's hard wood floors and 10 foot ceilings reflect the gracious living of a bygone era.

5. Turn Left on Pikes Peak Avenue to 5th house on Right.
