The three bedroom, one bath home was built in 1918 and fully restored in the autumn of 1999. The craftman farmhouse is located in 10.45 acres of vineyard lands, gardens and mature trees. It is decorated with English antiques and fine art. Attention to detail is one of the features which sets this vacation rental apart from others.
The light spacious living room has three windows looking out at vineyards and neighboring wineries. The comfortable furniture offers the perfect place to curl up with a glass of wine and a good book. There is a log-burning fireplace as well as an efficient new forced air heating system.
The large farmhouse kitchen retains its orginal 1920's style, but has been upgraded and has a dishwasher.
The house also has cable TV, VCR, stereo, phone, washer/dryer and a two car garage.

The house is located off Highway 101, an hour North of the San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge. Jenner is 27 miles away and Healdsburg's plaza and Downtown Santa Rosa are less than 15 mintues away.
Rates & Availability
Rates are $215 per night Monday through Thursday, $575 for a two night weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)and $750 for a three night weekend. Weekly rates are $1500. All rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a charge of $50 for each additional adult. Monthly rates are available upon request.
