Activity/Tour
The original Wyoming State Penitentiary, now known as the Wyoming Frontier Prison, served the state for 80 years. A great many infamous characters passed through the hallways and cell blocks that comprise the expansive historic site. Guided tours, approximately 1 hour in duration, consist of 3 cell blocks, Kitchen, Cafeteria and Death House which includes both methods of execution used during the operation.

Typical Day
Several annual events are featured: The Pen to Pen Fun Run in June, Haunted Halloween Tours in October, and Christmas out of the Big House craft bazaar in December.
