Sustainable gardens for lunch program (#5/13) The Green Living Planet is teaching how to build a sustainable garden which is African style. Each school that GLP selects will participate in a school lunch program initiative in which the goal is to start a sustainable source of food and nutrition for the students. In most cases this project will involve building African-style keyhole gardens to grow the produce necessary for a school lunch program. Volunteers can participate in the preparation of the project, fundraising and actual build with the students.
