We are young professionals, I am a computer IT guy and my wife works for JP Morgan Chase banking. We visited Crucita on our honeymoon in 2012 and fell in love with the country and people of Ecuador. We purchased this home with three lots and spent a year remodeling it for a vacation rental as an investment and our paradise getaway. We enjoy Crucita very much and the beach is really great. We love the outdoors so the downstairs was a must of comfort and fun. The upstairs we made very open for relaxing after your days adventures. The house is 3 blocks from the Malecon so at night you can come home to peace and quiet and leave the noise and partying of the beach strip behind when you have had enough.
