Kilimanjaro is the highest summit on the African continent, yet its ascent can be considered more a trek than a mountaineering outing and does not require climbing experience. Our route takes a leisurely pace, suitable for anyone in good physical shape. Mount Meru offers a great alternative to Kilimanjaro, either as preparation for its large cousin or as a rewarding trek with beautiful views before you embark on a walking safari.
