Top location large apt Champs-Elysees Eiffel Tower - Reviews

I am not sure which was more impressive, the lovely, quiet apt - it is on an interior courtyard - or the caring, helpful owner. The place has two bedrooms upstairs which is connected to the downstairs via a spiral staircase (it also has a separate entrance). The staircase is adorable but looks a bit tight in photos but my 84 year old parents joined us and had no problem going up and down. The kitchen is huge for Paris and American style with nice sized appliances that work. The downstairs has big windows and is comfortably laid out with a dinning room that flows into the living room area - fully wired with wireless internet and hundreds of channels on the TV. The area is fantastic in that it is both safe/upscale/family oriented and is steps to trendy shopping, and great restaurants and is also convenient to more crowded touristic areas or fun night zones but when you go home you can leave the noise behind. Close metros (Arc, Victor Hugo), many bike rental Velib stations (do rent bikes!) and of course the Champs.
