Handicapped access and some smoking rooms are also available . Cancellation If cancelling less than 24 hours prior to 3pm of your arrival date your 1night deposit will be nonrefundable . If 24 or more hours advance notice is given prior to arrival a minimum 15 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded .
