Typical Daykeyboard_double_arrow_up
This depends on the type of trip. On day hikes, we bring a minimum of 3 llamas; on pack trips, no less than 5. You'll walk mostly in shade, at a llama's easy pace of about 2 mph. We don't actually make that kind of time, because there's plenty of reasons to stop along the way.

Sleeping and mealskeyboard_double_arrow_up
Our pack trips are camping trips; we camp in remote, beautiful places. We do have campfires. We provide good hot breakfasts and dinners, and sack lunches, which are most convenient for day hiking. Most people prefer to stay in nearby lodging the night before their llama hike; we will recommend area lodging when you make your reservation.
Restrictionskeyboard_double_arrow_up
No pets. Sorry, we've tried hiking with dogs; even well-trained dogs seem to become over-enthusiastic around llamas, creating the potential for problems, including possible injury to the dog if the llama feels threatened.

We have no other restrictions; "live and let live" is our philosophy.
