Set on the edge of Lynn Canyon Parkland , the quiet neighbourhood of Lynn Valley is ideal for a Bed and Breakfast. We offer you an 800 Sq. foot sunshine suite with 2 bedrooms (can be available separately)
fully equipped kitchen,delightfully decorated liv/din rooms, with a private entrance. Enjoy the gas fireplace or just relax on the large patio surrounded by flower gardens and nature.

Garden Room: Overlooks the wooded parkland and back garden beds.
White Rococo furnishings with soft green and butter yellow colour theme. A down comforter caresses you to sleep after an exhausting adventure.

The suite telephone is a private line for the guests use. We also host retreats for a small groups, business meetings, family reunions and wedding parties who need 'more space' to get themselves together on the big day.
Take your pick of eateries as Vancouver is a meca of cultures who bring along with them wonderful food fare.Many are located close to the B&B.

Breakfast is included unless otherwise specified. Dietary needs are always taken into consideration when the host is advised.
An answering machine is in place when required.
