The accomodations are near the waterfront, churches nearby of different faiths, can walk to Sidney 10 minutes or less, situated near restaurants and pubs. Minutes away from Aviation Museum, Sidney Museum, ScratchPatch Shop,Buchart Gardens 15 to 20 minutes away, two golf courses in area, water sport rentals and bicycle rentals in downtown Sidney area. Easy walking and cycling, within the local parks.
Accommodations
This 1979 home was opened in 1998 as a Bed and Breakfast. The name is remembrance of my late mother who loved roses. The property is fully fenced and gated. There are gardens both native plant and domestic on property. Birdlife is all around, including a Cooper's Hawk, and the occaisional small wildlife. Dogs,rabbit, and goldfish live here, they and the pet birds live upstairs in main area.There is a home away from home atmosphere.
Rooms/Suites
First Floor- 1 double murphy bedroom with shared full bath. Main Floor- 1 bedroom with two single beds with shared/private shower room. If you don't mind clutter there is woodstove on main floor that can be started on chilly days/nights. Fireplace out of service upstairs.

Panorama Recreation Center, Pier One Restaurant, Dock 503 Restuarant, Sanscha Hall, Saanich Fairgrounds, Deep Cove Chalet Restaurant, Teo's Place on 5th.
Services Offered
For reserved customers who reserve ahead, Reflexology, massage, in-home by two friends in the business, one also can do manicure and pedicure, essential oils in use. Sit back and relax . Please Book Ahead when reserving ,for treatment.
Policies & Restrictions
I will accept children over 12 years(mature).There is no smoking or drinking , spray of any sort,hard liquer on the premises due allergies, and bylaws, no pets, have enough. Shoes off at main entrance, Thank-you. Bring your compfy slippers.

Can pick up from ferries and from airport at minimal fee. Driveway parking within gated fence. Pets are friendly , just noisy greetings, have dog biscuits and they will be your friends faster. Laundry available on request.
Map & Directions
From BC Ferry: Drive off the ferry to highway.Turn left onto Beacon Avenue, pass 7th, Resthaven, 5th, 4th and turn left onto 3rd. Proceed to STOP sign next to cinema and Volunteer Fire Dept. Go forward on 3rd keep on going passed Mt Baker, Parker and St.Elizabeth's Catholic, turn next right on Rothesay to end, turn corner and proceed around to chainlinked fenced property 2nd house on left. My sign is in living room window and front door. From US.Ferry: Get off ferry turn left onto 3rd and follow to two STOP signs and continue to Rothesay on right, around corner, 2nd house on left with chainlinked gated fence. From Victoria Airport: Rental Car? Take the road from airport to Sidney. You will cross highway to Lochside, turn left follow along waterfront to 5th/Beacon cross over to STOP sign %th and James White, keep on going to Parker where you turn right and go to end to 3rd, turn left then right onto Rothesay after church go down and around corner to 2nd house on left with chainlinked gated fence.
